「称賛パワー」という言葉をご存知だろうか。

「スゴイ」「素晴らしい」と、多くの人から、長い間に称賛の言葉を浴び続けたものは、観た者、接した者にパワーを与えられる存在になっていくのだという考え方だ。

東京タワーや富士山を考えると、そのことは正しいと僕には思える。

ヒトにもそれが当てはまるとしたならば、多くの人が、お互いが「称賛パワー」の持ち主になってもらえるように接することができたらと思う。

Time flies so fast!!

光陰矢のごとし！！

I have been busy with many trainings since new year started.

年明けから、たくさんの研修の仕事で忙しくしているんだ。

I also enjoy meeting people every time.

一方で、毎回出会いを楽しみにもしているんだけどね。

I had a training yesterday and used all of my energy.

昨日も研修があって、全力を出し切ってきたんだ。

When I came out of the building, Tokyo Tower came into my site.

ビルを出た時に、東京タワーが目に飛び込んで来たんだ。

You know it’s so beautiful and gives power to people.

ご存知のとおり、東京タワーはとても美しくて、観る人にパワーもくれるよね。

I charged my energy looking at the tower.

僕も、タワーを観ながらエネルギーの補給をしたよ。

Have you ever thought why Tokyo Tower has such a great existence?

君は、東京タワーになぜこんなに存在感があるのか、考えたことがあるかな？

Here is my idea.

僕の考えなんだけどね。

When people visit and see it, almost everybody said “cool” or “Wnderful” and praise so much.

人々が東京タワーのそばに行って観た時に、ほとんどの人が「スゴイ！」「素晴らしい！」と言って、すごく称賛すると思うんだよね。

That kind of praising words gove power back to Tokyo Tower and it eventually became sophisticated.

このような称賛ワードたちは、東京タワーにもパワーを与えて、自然に洗練させてきているということだよね。

I think I can say the same thing to Mt.Fuji.

僕が思うに、そのことは富士山にも言えることだと思うんだ。

If you compare Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree, it’s obvious which one gives power more.

東京タワーとスカイツリーを比べた時に、どっちがよりパワーを与えてくれているかは、明らかだよね。

Even though Sky Tree is the tallest in Japan, it hasn’t gotten many praising words yet.

確かにスカイツリーは高さにおいて日本一なんだけれど、まだ多くの称賛ワードを浴びてないわけだから。

It’ll take a few years till it becomes more sophisticated.

スカイツリーが、より洗練されてくるまでに、恐らく数年はかかると思うよ。

I call it “Praising power”.

僕は、これを「称賛パワー」と呼んでるんだ。

I’m afraid of listening to your evaluation.

みんなの評価を訊くのは少々怖いものがあるけどね・・・。

But if I ever got many praising words, “Praising Power” should have worked.

もし僕がこれまでにたくさんの称賛ワードを浴びて来ていたとしたら、「称賛パワー」が発揮されているはずなんだけどね。
